Here's an overview of how delivery works, what it costs, and how to track your parcel.
How delivery works
Products are made to order, then handed to the carrier. Most items arrive within 3–14 days; items from our extended catalog may take longer, up to 14–20 days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the product and destination (live rates). You see the exact price before paying and can choose your preferred shipping method. Cost depends on product type, quantity and destination country.
Tracking
As soon as your package ships, we email you the tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime on the “Track your order” page using your email and order number.
Carriers
We use reliable international carriers and pick the best service for each order by price and speed. All shipments are trackable.
Returns
If something isn't right, start a return on the “Returns” page — we'll give exact instructions on where to send the item.
